Park Residence
Park Residence are family owned apartments located in the elite part of the city center of Split.
Just few seconds away from beautiful and popular sandy beach Bačvice and only 10 minutes walk to the city center (Diocletian’s Palace) and 5 minutes walk to the ferry port, bus and railway station.
Although we briefly deal with welcoming our guests, we really love what we do. First of all, we love to see the enthusiasm on the faces of our guests when they see beach near the apartment, also when they realize that everything is within their reach (including the sightseeing of the town, all shops, amenities). Our guests can truly spend the most memorable vacation on the Dalmatian coast.
Park Residence apartments are newly furnished, tastefully decorated and fully equipped for a pleasant stay, having air – conditioning, a satellite TV and an Internet connection.

Gold apartment
We are presenting you our first apartment called Gold. It is located on the south – west and sunny side of the house. Equipped with bedroom, living room and large bathroom. Entire furniture is of an exceptionally high quality and carefully selected.

Split is the second largest city in Croatia and is the largest city on the Adriatic coast. Remarkable transport connections by bus, sea, air and train, it is becoming destination worth seeing. A city that is beautiful at any time of the year: you can have a nice walking tour on Marjan hill, or just spend a day on Bačvice beach, a phenomenon of nature, a sandy beach in the heart ofthe city. Or you can visit the St Duje cathedral, the 2nd oldest structure used by a Christian Cathedral.
Considering our apartments are situated in the center of the city, just next to the most popular beach Bačvice, it takes only a few minutes of walking to ennoy in the beauty and tourist attraction of the city.
